For parents and families

Learn Business by Building One

Strategy Masters gives parents and children a natural way to explore how a business works — from hiring people and earning revenue to managing costs, making a profit and building a team.

This is the normal Strategy Masters game, not a simplified children’s edition. Children from around age 8 have successfully played it together with their parents.

Can parents play Strategy Masters with children?

Yes. The recommended age is 8+. The digital system does the calculations, so younger players can focus on the decisions while parents explain the reasoning.

Same full game, not a children’s edition

When a family plays, it is the same full Strategy Masters game used by entrepreneurs and teams. It is not a simplified children’s edition. Recommended age: 8+.

What parents can introduce through the game

People and employees: different people contribute very differently. Revenue: where the money actually comes from. Costs: why every hire and expense matters. Profit: what is left after costs are paid.

Business growth: why growing creates new problems. Management: why a growing company needs managers and one CEO. Decision-making and consequences: every choice changes the company, and the results show up in the next rounds.

Can Strategy Masters be played with two players?

Yes. Two players get the full game head-to-head — for example one parent and one child.

Play together, then talk

The best part is the conversation afterwards: why did one company grow faster, why did a loss hurt, and what would you do differently next time?
