Reservation form

When you submit the reservation form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional), selected package and quantity, delivery address and any notes you write. We also store the IP address of the submission to prevent spam and abuse (limiting the number of submissions per hour).

Why: to record your non-binding reservation and to contact you with the final order details before shipping. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for the IP address, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

After submission, an automatic confirmation email is sent to you and a notification with your reservation details is sent to allan@seim.ee.

Playing the digital game

When you create or join a game, the names and company names you enter, game progress and the game event log are stored so the game can run across devices and be rejoined.

When you scan a physical card with your camera, the image is sent to an AI image-recognition service only to identify the card. Please point the camera at the card only.

Browser storage and cookies

The site stores your language and currency choice in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not use third-party tracking.

The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is visible to Google.

Who processes the data

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), which also delivers our emails. Camera card images are processed by an AI recognition service accessed through Lovable. Fonts are delivered by Google. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Reservation data is kept while your reservation is open and, if you purchase, as long as required for the purchase and by law. There is currently no automatic deletion — you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
