14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For physical goods, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.

You must notify AST Trading OÜ of your withdrawal within that period.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email allan@seim.ee with your name, order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You do not need to give a reason.

Returning the goods and refunds

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this was communicated before purchase.

After a valid withdrawal, payments received for the purchase are refunded according to applicable consumer law.

Legal guarantee

Consumer purchases are covered by the statutory legal guarantee required by applicable EU and Estonian consumer law.
