For management and leadership teams
Turn Team Building Into Business Decision-Making
Instead of generic team games, Strategy Masters gives teams a shared business to reason about. Decisions about people, costs and structure are made quickly, and the consequences are visible immediately on the shared scoreboard.
Can Strategy Masters be used for team building?
Yes. Teams can play as individual companies or in small groups, with the scoreboard shown on a TV or projector for everyone. Most games take around 30–45 minutes, leaving time for discussion.
Decisions you can talk about afterwards
When to hire, whom to let go, when to promote someone to manager and why a company without a CEO loses efficiency. The game creates concrete situations a team can connect to its own work.
Experiential learning, not a lecture
Participants learn by building and making mistakes in a safe environment. The event log records every card played, so the team can review what happened in each round.
What does a team session need?
One physical Strategy Masters card deck per table, a phone, tablet or computer for each player or group, and optionally a shared screen for the scoreboard. A game host creates the game and shares a join code or QR code.
