Strategy Masters works as a compact business simulation: participants run companies, the digital engine handles the numbers, and the facilitator leads the discussion.

Can trainers use Strategy Masters?

Yes. Trainers and facilitators can use the game in management training, entrepreneurship courses and workshops. Each game involves 2–6 players or groups and usually takes around 30–45 minutes.

Facilitator controls

The game host manages the game from an admin view and can hide exact financial figures and detailed log entries on the shared scoreboard, so competitors see only the cards played and the market impact.

Discussion topics

Hiring and performance, cost structure and profitability, span of control and the role of the CEO, growth versus stability, and the transition from owner-operator to system builder.

Built-in rules and advisor

The rules are available inside the game, and an AI advisor can give players hints about their company situation during play.
